هذه تعليمات طلب حذف بيانات خدمة MTDM PostMind التي تديرها MTDM DMCC على fbp.mtdm.ae. تتم مراجعة الطلبات يدوياً؛ هذه الصفحة ليست نموذج حذف آلياً.
إرسال الطلب
- أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجل في حسابك إلى [email protected].
- اجعل عنوان الرسالة: MTDM PostMind Data Deletion.
- وضح هل تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناته، أم حذف بيانات ربط فيسبوك فقط. لا حاجة إلى إرفاق محتوى منشوراتك أو معرّفات صفحاتك لبدء الطلب.
لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز جلسة أو رمز وصول Meta أو مفتاح API أو وثيقة هوية. إذا لم يعد بإمكانك استخدام البريد المسجل، أخبرنا لنحدد طريقة مناسبة وآمنة للتحقق دون نشر معلومات حساسة.
التحقق وما يحدث بعده
نراجع الطلب ونتحقق من أنه صادر عن صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذ إجراء يؤثر في البيانات أو الوصول. قد نطلب تأكيد البريد أو إجراء تحقق مناسب داخل الحساب. نتواصل معك عبر البريد لتأكيد المعالجة أو توضيح نطاقها وأي معلومات غير حساسة لازمة.
قد يشمل طلب الحساب إنهاء الوصول وإيقاف الجداول المعلقة وحذف البيانات الشخصية وبيانات الربط التي يمكن حذفها، بحسب النطاق الذي طلبته والمتطلبات التي تنطبق. قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ بقدر محدود من سجلات الأمان أو البيانات اللازمة لالتزام قانوني أو نزاع أو منع إساءة الاستخدام، مع تقييد استخدامها. إذا كانت البيانات ضمن نسخ احتياطية، تُعالج وفق دورة الاحتفاظ والاستعادة المعمول بها. نوضح لك أي قيد ذي صلة؛ لا نعد بحذف فوري لكل نسخة أو سجل.
فصل Meta والمنشورات السابقة
يمكنك فصل فيسبوك من إعدادات الخدمة، أو إزالة صلاحيات التطبيق من إعدادات Meta ضمن التطبيقات أو تكاملات الأعمال، بحسب الربط الظاهر في حسابك. اختر التطبيق كما يظهر اسمه هناك. إزالة التفويض أو تسجيل الخروج لا يُعدان وحدهما طلباً لحذف حساب MTDM PostMind وكل بياناته؛ أرسل طلب البريد إذا أردت ذلك.
فصل الربط أو حذف بيانات الخدمة لا يحذف تلقائياً المنشورات أو التعليقات التي سبق نشرها على فيسبوك، وقد يكتمل طلب أُرسل بالفعل إلى Meta قبل الإيقاف. لإزالة محتوى منشور، أدِره من صفحة فيسبوك المعنية وفق صلاحياتك.

These instructions apply to MTDM PostMind, operated by MTDM DMCC at fbp.mtdm.ae. Requests are reviewed manually; this page is not an automatic deletion form.
Send your request
- Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject: MTDM PostMind Data Deletion.
- Say whether you want your account and its data deleted, or only Facebook connection data removed. You do not need to attach post content or Page IDs to begin a request.
Do not send a password, session token, Meta access token, API key or identity document. If you no longer have access to your registered email, tell us so we can arrange appropriate, safe verification without exposing sensitive information.
Verification and handling
We review the request and verify that it comes from the account holder before acting on data or access. We may ask for email confirmation or an appropriate in-account verification step. We reply by email to confirm handling or explain its scope and any necessary nonsensitive information.
An account request may involve ending access, stopping pending schedules and removing personal and connection data that can be deleted, according to the requested scope and applicable requirements. Limited security records or information needed for a legal obligation, dispute or misuse prevention may need to remain with restricted use. Where data exists in backups, it is handled under the applicable backup retention and recovery cycle. We explain relevant limits; immediate deletion of every copy or record is not promised.
Disconnecting Meta and previous posts
You can disconnect Facebook in the service, or remove the application's permissions in Meta's app or business-integration settings, depending on the connection shown in your account. Select the application under the name displayed there. Removing authorization or signing out does not itself request deletion of your MTDM PostMind account and all its data; send the email request if that is what you want.
Disconnecting or removing service data does not automatically delete posts or comments already published to Facebook. A request already sent to Meta before stopping may still complete. Manage published content on the relevant Facebook Page under your own permissions.
